Playa de Magaluf - we can’t talk about beaches in Magaluf without giving mention to Magaluf Beach itself. Packed with activities and lined with nightclubs in the lively tourist centre, if you’re worried about FOMO then this is the place to be.
Playa de Son Matias - gorge sand, clear waters, beachfront bars and restaurants, water sports... this place has it all, think of it as Playa de Magaluf's laid-back older sister who still has a bit of a wild streak.
These swanky beaches aren't quite in Magaluf, but they're pretty darn close and well worth checking out too:
Palma Nova Beach - located close by, with sun loungers, parasols and plenty of bars within easy reach, the water sports are a bit more chill too, snag yourself a kayak and enjoy the clear water with a paddle in hand.
Cala Vinyes - if you prefer something a little more scenic, this palm-studded bay is just 60m long, with shallow waters great for the little ones, and there's not a jet ski in sight, making it the perfect spot to unwind with your beach read.
Cala Falco - another pine tree surrounded tranquil beauty, this beach is perfect for a picturesque day of sunbathing and snorkelling with a beach bar to grab some refreshing drinks and nibbles.

Pirates Adventure Show
What better way to get the island feels than with a swashbuckling treat for the whole fam with this pirate themed show full of action and plenty of laughs. Settle down with your dinner and prepare for the best entertainment you'll have of your whole jolly, we reckon a holiday to Magaluf isn't really complete without snagging tickets for this must see event. Don't worry though if you're not about fam friendly, there's an 18+ adults only show, Pirates Reloaded that comes complete with booming DJ sets and all the rip roaring pirate goodness you're craving. That obsession with Captain Jack Sparrow is gonna come in real handy here.
The House of Katmandu
Defy gravity (any Wicked fans?) at this funky, upside down house in the Katmandu theme park... now this one is kinda a two for one, but we've already chewed your ear off about how great this theme park is, so let us give you an inside the park scoop. This marvel is a treasure trove of interactive experiences, life-size games and mechanical wonders, we're talking a mirror maze, survivng shark attacks and rainbow tunnels, it's one that will boggle your brain and if you're making a day of Katmandu Park then deffo make sure this spot is on your list for a mind-bending day.
Western Water park
We thought it only fitting to shout out this themed water park that is walking distance from Magaluf beach depending where you are along it - what sets this place apart is it's swanky theme that lassos you back to the wild, wild West with waterslides galore, a kids zone with splash pools and even a heart pounding slide that has been hailed the 11th highest in the world... If that's not your bag though then grab a dinghy and float round the lazy river, or kick back on a sun lounger with a zesty daiquiri. Whatever you're looking for from a day out during your holiday to Magaluf, this is a place that gives everybody what they want and then some from the little ones to the thrill seekers.
