We take summer holidays pretty seriously around here - as you can probably imagine. After all, they are the most wonderful time of the year (no offence, Andy Williams). That's why we've not just picked any old spots for your summer jolly this year, but ones we know are the best of the bunch. And we would know. We sent members of our On the Beach family out there to check (all in the name of research, of course). Whether you're looking to bag a last-min 2025 jolly or you're planning ahead for a 2025 holiday, we've got you covered.
Guy from our Tech and Product department spent a lovely week at Sol Palmanova recently and gave us all the goss. He couldn't stop raving about the 'self-service hot and cold drinks by the pool,' including - get this - beer and wine! We're with you, Guy. No one wants to be queueing at a bar for their 5th pint of the day. And if that's not enough to have you edging towards that 'book' button, he said there's loads going on for the kiddos too, with separate activities for each age group so you can drop them all at the kids' club (whether they're tots or teens), while you take full advantage of that self-service pool bar. The On the Beach guide to summer jollies
Respectfully, 'summers' at home can take a long walk off a short pier. One day of measly sunshine and then calling it quits? If we pulled that stunt at work, the Big Boss would have something to say about it. And don't even get us started on those pebbly beaches that leave you imprinted in places you'd rather they didn't, and the constant chance of rain that has you lugging your umbrella everywhere because 'you never know.' Call us boring, but we don't like to leave things to chance around here. Schoooool's out, for summer (holidays). And that can only mean one thing - it's holiday season. Now, we love a holiday at any time of year but a summer holiday? That really is the crème de la crème of holidays. The main character of the holiday scene, if you will. Turkey doesn't have a bit of everything, it has a LOT of everything, which - to be frank - we're totally into.
