This modern complex has a total of 32 bungalows. At the entrance of the complex you will find the Reception and the parking.
Las Coloradas is located between the Papagayo Beaches and Playa Blanca, with nice gardens. An approximate distance of 1km you will find the Yacht Harbour Marina Rubicón.
How far is the nearest beach?
You can enjoy bathing in the sea and walking along the sea shore of Las Coloradas beach, just 300 metres from Coloradamar (3 minute walk), with excellent views of the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. This beach of sand and pebbles, depending on the tides, offers you the curiosity of walking on extensive areas of petrified sand, filled with small puddles with fish and sea wildlife. The children are going to love trying to fish them!

You can find this complex in the exclusive part of Las Coloradas and only 30km distance from the Airport.
Rooms
These spacious bungalows of 70 sq. meters are built at different height levels that offer a wonderful feeling of open space and, from some of them, views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura.
Each Bungalow has luxury equipment and all of them have reusable air condition and an independent air condition in each Bedroom. The Bungalows count with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living room, and a big terrace. The Kitchen is equipped with microwave, hobs, fridge, toaster, plates, knife & forks etc. Also all the Bungalows have TV, Telephone, Hairdryer and a Safe (charges apply).
The property also offers a number of Balinese Bed Bungalows, which include exclusive use of a Balinese bed area by the pool. Further perks include a 40” smart TV/DVD system and free-to-use safe, along with complimentary sun lounger cushions, towels and robes, half price tennis court/equipment hire, and a welcome gift of aromatic oil and vinegar.
Food & Drink
Guests are invited to serve themselves from the breakfast buffet as well as the buffet service served in the evenings at a nearby hotel, Iberostar La Bocayna. It is possible to book a bed & breakfast stay.
Sports & Entertainment
The outdoor complex features a swimming pool and a heated pool for children, a Jacuzzi, and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Sports enthusiasts may take advantage of the tennis court (charges apply).
The Reception is opened from 10:00 til 15:00, so it is very important to inform the hotel of your estimated arrival time, so they will be able to welcome you outside the reception hours.
## Please note that the main swimming pool will be closed for maintenance between April 27th - May 13th. "Tacande La Bocayna" swimming pool will be available as an alternative, or there's the children's pool and jacuzzi. ##
