Each of the bright and contemporary standard rooms feature an en-suite bathroom and balcony or terrace. Choose from Standard, Family (for 3 adults, 1 child or 2 adults 2 children) , Club Alexandre or Panoramic rooms to suit your preferences, or opt for a Junior Suite to enjoy spectacular sea views. Standard amenities include air conditioning, 32” LED TV, safety box (extra charge), hair dryer and direct dial telephone. Guests staying in the Club Alexandre rooms and Junior Suites can also benefit from a mini bar service, USB charger, bathrobes and slippers and a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules.

Food & Drink

In the main restaurant, there’s a wide selection of buffet cuisine served with show cooking, including pasta, grilled fish and meat and a wok cooking corner. For light bites, La Palapa, the hotel's pool bar, offers drinks and snacks throughout the day, and the Bar-Salon features live music into the evening.

Right by the promenade, the hotel boasts two spacious outdoor swimming pools, along with a separate pool for little ones. To soak up that incredible Tenerife sun, there’s also a chilled-out sun terrace, furnished with sun loungers and parasols throughout – and to continue the relaxation, you can head to the beautiful wellness centre, which features a hydrotherapy circuit, sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi.

If keeping active is more your thing, there’s also loads to get stuck into, including a well-equipped fitness room (ages 16+). Plus, the hotel animation team are on hand with a fabulous daytime and evening entertainment programme, including professional shows – and for the little ones, there’s a playground and colourful mini-club, called Magic Park, to accommodate children between ages 4-12, operating within the school holiday season (according to the local calendar). FREE Wi-Fi is available in rooms and common areas and the reception area is open 24-hours.
