Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort

This is an average resort with ok amenities. The resort is very confusing to get around at first it takes a few days to understand the layout. Venders are very pushy and trying to get you to buy from there gift shops the amber is way overpriced on the resort in the gift shops at they will push it on you! I fell for it and spent 175$ Don’t make this mistake at this resort! The buffets are average Casablanca is kinda confusing to get too as well there is guys standing out front offering free welcome gifts don’t fall for it it’s a vip club membership (time share presentation) don’t fall for it I wasted half a day at that trap where they try and sell you a membership and won’t let you leave no matter how hard you try. They even had the balls to ask me my credit score and say that I can put it on a credit card. 
But pros are the rooms are clean the beach is nice and the restaurants are good. This hotel is a very good value just watch out for the venders and time share people and it will be a lovely experience

Good price but beware of some things

Very good experience, and good guest department. Especially from Francisco, he was very helpful and understanding, and helped is with everything we needed. We will definitely return to this resort also the manager mis Kathy  from guest service, estisi, Andrine, darlesnis, Julies and mr angel

Very good experience

Angelica Hernandez was very professional and knowledgeable she explained to me everything I needed to know! She was very nice and pleasant  the resort was very nice and beautiful a lot of places to go! I would recommend that you check out the resort it’s big and a lot to do

My vacation in the DR

Angelica Hernandez at cofressi was super helpful with getting us a reservation and with helping us get in contact with the excursion people. She is a super friendly and helpful lady!! If you need anything go to her for help at the concierge desk in cofressi!!!
