Overview

Ever heard of Orebić? Well, Aminess Bellevue is just a 10 minute walk along the sea to this ace little spot. It's a harbour town with seaside restaurants, a funky beach hut bar, scuba diving trips and a ferry across to the fairy tale island of Korčula - honestly, this place looks like something out of Frozen (minus the snow, obviously). And if you'd rather just stick to hanging out in the hotel, that's all groovy, you'll find plenty to do here, too. We've heard there's even fire dancing in the evenings (although we doubt this is an audience-participation kind of deal).

Food & Drink

• Start the day with brekkie on the terrace at the hotel's buffet restaurant. You can also grab a light lunch, or try the a la carte menu at dinner. Of course, all paired with some unique wines from the Pelješac peninsula (the one the hotel's on!)

• Drinks are served from morning 'til night at the swanky piano bar. Laze away your afternoons with a coffee (or gin) in hand, take the party to the terrace for sea views, and enjoy an after dinner drink with some chilled-out tunes from the pianist

Sports & Entertainment

• A pool with a view (and a kids' pool, too!)

• Plenty of sunbeds and bright, stripy umbrellas dotted around the pool area

• Private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas to rent, shower and changing cubicle, and shady spots to sit under the pine trees

• Miramì mini club where kids aged 4-10 can meet the friendly octopus mascot, try some crafts, take part in a treasure hunt and loads more

• Evenings pop off at the mini disco and Miramì bubble party (and for fully grown guests, there's live shows with singing, fire dancing and even a good ol' pub quiz)

• Branch out and take an aqualates class or try pebble painting to stick on the wall as a reminder of your Croatian jollies

• Tennis and bocce courts are available to rent

• Walking, running, hiking and biking are all excellent ways to explore this leafy green coastline

• There's scuba diving courses down in Orebić or you can try your hand at windsurfing and kitesurfing at the nearby Viganj beach
