I had a very negative experience. Unfortunately, the staff lacks professionalism and responsibility, failing to prioritize client satisfaction—all at our expense. It feels like we’re paying to be denied decent service.

The heating system in my room didn’t work,and I waited nearly three hours for a solution without any clear communication from the receptionist. She insisted, falsely, that the heating in my room was working. She refused to take further action and declined to call or connect me with her supervisor, even suggesting that “I can sleep at the reception if I wanted”. She was dismissive, stating that she didn’t care because her shift was ending soon and that she wouldn’t arrange another room.

Eventually, the manager intervened, and I was moved to another room with a working heating system.

Unprofessional staff with a serious lack of customer service experience!

Unprofessional staff and poor service.

A charmless, rectangular concrete block with not a member of staff in sight.  This became a problem when the sink in our room developed a leak.  An intercom call to a remote customer "service" centre produced a request that we place the rubbish bin under the leak together with a promise of a 5pm plumber.  Their request to us was fulfilled.  Their promise to us was not.

We had an excellent one night stay with our family. The room with 3 single beds was small but clean and functional. The bedding is comfortable and the tv and WiFi worked very well. The breakfast had options for all tastes with fresh croissants and breads. Overall, a good stay and a good ratio price/quality. I would stay here again.

its all to do with expectations,   and for the price you cant fault it, yes its on an industrial estate , that's what keeps the price down we paid approx,45 euros, and breakfast about 6 euros,.. my wife is in a wheel chair, so this was ideal for us, a new hotel, all wheel chair friendly, car park, ,all flat , wide doors, etc,,,, we used this as a base for 4 days sight seeing etc, and very helpful couple managing the hotel,the lady give us ideas of where to go, even setting up the gps on our phone, and both helped when i had trouble with the hire car, and getting it fixed ,
