The room was small and lacked storage and countertop space for those staying any longer that 1 or 2 nights. There were extra charges from daily towel change to cleaning and it was a €12.50 charge every time the room required towels and cleaning. The fact that some had to walk by your window to get to their room, regardless of floor level, meant that the shutter had to remain closed if you required privacy. 
There did seem to be no heating and from what we could see the only means of ventilation was put the shutter down and open the window, which made it extremely noisy.  All the TV stations were in French and perhaps even a news channel in English might be a future option? 
However, all that aside, the overall stay was very good. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Room was very clean as was the bathroom. The bar/restaurant was a relaxing and pleasant space to be in, with large comfortable leather/fabric armchairs and couches. The food was very well priced. The toilets were spotless. 
The bed was firm but very comfortable and we got great nights sleep. The rooms were virtually soundproof which was fantastic. The shower had great power and nice and hot. 
Overall I would say...... 6.5/10..... We liked the hotel but although the problems we had personally were small, they were there none the less.

Mixed Feelings on our Stay.

Below you can read my question on 9th June. They never answer me and made me pay...
Good evening, I called your hotel in Toulouse today at 17: 17 to make a reservation for 2 people for tonight.
The receptionist told us that we were able to get the reservation only on your website and we did it.
We booked, chose to pay at the hotel and gave my credit card's number.
A few minutes later we found out that the hotel is inside the green zone but we don't have the pass and we can't buy it now.
Because of that we wanted to cancel the booking but after 2:00 pm it's not refundable anymore, even if we booked after 2 pm.
We called the receptionist again and she told us that today she wasn't qualified to do anything because the director was not at the hotel and that we should call again tomorrow.
We hope you can cancel the booking or give us a total refund.

The worst customer care I've seen

We got small washroom,room painted in black,without aircon and  space to walk.No soap in the bathroom,they rank themselves as Eco hotel. Cleaning is done if you pay EUR 12 per day. Staff are very nice and tasty lunch. Breakfast is not terrible. 

Not a hotel but a motel

Stayed on the 8th May 2024. 
The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly. 
The bedroom was TINY and not really adequate and was more like a dungeon than a normal bedroom. 
The bathroom was TINY (unacceptably small). 
No hand towels supplied.
The breakfast was poor with no hot food.
Overall the totally inadequate room and bathroom spoiled the stay.
