I stayed here in the middle of September for 12 nights and I will give you my honest opinion.
Reading previous reviews on here i found them  accurate and fair.

I found  the staff including cleaners friendly and approachable. The owner responds
To emails quickly and politely. Direct booking is cheaper and much better.
You can request a room to your liking if available.  Payment on arrival is another plus.

I didn't need need aircon  which you have to pay for but safe is free.
Wifi is excellent this end of Sidari.

I stayed in the new block and the room was modern and clean.
I would take some basic kitchen stuff like a can opener,towels,sponges etc
I personally take my own frying pan and a small jug for mixing scrambled eggs up etc.

Take a 20 minute walk to one of the bigger supermarkets. So much cheaper than the local ones.

The beer on draft I didn't like. It was watery but they do have bottled beers.
Prices were on par what you expect to pay at a hotel.
Food I cannot comment on as we ate out every night and cooked our own breakfast..

We ate at the hotel roughly opposite every night for 10 euros a head for a buffet. Amazing value and food is OK especially the salad bar.
You can even go there to check there notice board out to see what's on the menu for the evening. Take a photo. We even used there pool but you need to get there early 

The  pool area is a bit of a let down. This could be a sticking point for some. It's hard to get a sunbed and the ones available you cannot lay flat due to a wall. The beach though is very close by or use another hotel pool.
I stayed in the new block and didn't mind sunbathing in the garden.
Pool is quite small and has a baby section.
Hotel guests in September were mainly middle aged. I didn't have any trouble with noise,

The hotel is quiet and lacks a bit of atmosphere. It's small and compact with repeat guests.
You are left alone here which is a blessing. Anyone who has been to Turkey will know what I mean.

For the price you pay its very reasonable for people on a tight budget. Location is excellent. The strip is a short walk away on flat ground. Beware of the holes and bad paving especially after a heavy one.. 
Rooms face  the main road, so if  you are a light sleeper request a room in the new block at the back.

With its minor faults that I can overlook I have already booked for next year.
Don't forget room tax is going up. This is only a two star and I believe its  2 euros per night.

Holiday extras are good for transfers. I paid less than £30 for two for a return trip. Otherwise it's around 65 euros each way.

2 star hotel. Clean and basic. Not for everyone

stayed here for 2 weeks in aug,was in a great position as only 2min walk to the  strip & some great resturants near by!  stayed in new block B out the back & cant fault the apartments ,nice & quiet & spacious & bright!  
our only & major gripe was there was never any available sunbeds round the pool ever as this hotel allow people to leave there towels on there sunbeds 24/7 whether they lay on them or not!   the pool area is far to small & cant accomadate  the amount of apartments they have & for this reason we will not be returning to this hotel..

Lovely big Apartment on the ground facing the pool. It was very quiet and the bar closes around 10pm. Restaurant served good food and drink. Pool closes at 7pm. Just situated at the end of the strip, no footpath on one side of the road, so you have to be careful. Restaurants all the way to the strip and they are all nice and reasonable. Strip is about a mile long. No pan and brush in the apartment, which they could do with as I have long hair and it was everywhere. I would definitely recommend these apartments and will return here. Only negative was apartments walking right onto the pool had sun loungers right outside their doors and thoes people kept their towels on them 24/7 which isn't fair, as that's nearly half the amount of sunloungers.

Great place to stay

Hotel is a short walk from the strip 
Some very nice restaurants beside it and also a few bars.
My 1st impression was looks nice, clean , good views so nice start.
Room basic, but everything you need.
Towels changed regularly sheets every couple of days.
Staff friendly. 
Pool lovely but as usual, people putting towels out at ridiculous times.
Food ok
My one issue is the cleaner. She didn't clean sink in the bathroom or the balcony, not a huge problem, but it should be done.
