Good hospitality and service by the staff members, specially Monu and Manusha. Meals good have been better, the spread was good but not served hot, hot plates were not functioning properly which would make the food cold. This improvement would be great

Lovely resort, food and service

It was a horrible stay at this property starting from c/in till c/out, The food is pathetic, tasteless food. In guest area at the main gate there staff members are fighting and abusing. They does'nt even know how to act in guest area. The only thing in this property is a staff named Siraz in restaurant. He is the only guy who is an asset to this organisation. Other wise, rather then him the whole staff is just not friendly, They does'nt even know how to smile. Just this guy Siraz is the best one I still remember. He is the one who knows the real meaning of Hospitality. Kudos to this guy. Please keep an eye on your other staff too. Get them trained by this guy siraz please🙏🏻

Siraz the asset of this organisation

Very good overall. Good location, quiet, very unlike North Goa. Friendly, courteous staff. Good food for breakfast buffet but too expensive to justify eating there in the evening compared with nearby restaurants. Room cleaning excellent. Mr Khan excellent in the restaurant. Only two negatives for us…being called at 5am in our room to tell us that a bus was ready to collect us! We weren’t due to leave until 12am by taxi! Reported this to reception (twice) but did not get an apology for it until I reported it in the review after we left. Second gripe was sleep quality with the banging doors to hotel rooms after 11pm until the early hours…maybe adjust the doors and put a notice up to residents to be quiet after 10pm? Overall, very good.

Generally very good

Very comfortable stay. Staff was very welcoming specially housekeeping staff monu and manusha. Good bfast and amentiies available at the hotel. Loc is also good, very close to beach.Overall a great experience. Will certainly stay again here.  Keep up the good work.
