Amazing and so charming old Georgian place!  The warmth of the place and its staff was delightful. We felt at home right in the middle of Dublin. Extremely quiet, we could rest and relax after our long days of exploring. The location is perfect, a lot of nice places and pubs to eat just a few minutes away by foot. Dart station within a short walking distance, bus stops to commute everywhere. Clean. The staff is super helpful and very helpful.  We'll definitely go back when we return to Dublin.

Amazing and charming place to stay in beautiful Ballsbridge!

Our second stay at this place. I really like it, the perfect level of hotel for us. Smart, but not stuffy. Really helpful staff. Clean and comfortable bedrooms without being OTT. Good size bathrooms with great showers.

Favourite Dublin hotel

Location to Aviva stadium where we were attending a football match was ideal,When checking in we were informed that the lift was out of order and with children it wasn't ideal.The next morning the receptionist kindly offered to give all our party 5 adults and 2 children a complimentary breakfast for each of us,this was a kind gesture and unexpected.The receptionists and duty manager also helped with tools and a pump to inflate the childrens pram which had a flat tyre.The rooms were a good size and comfortable and the never ending complimentary tea, coffee and pastries located in the resting room beside reception was a nice touch. I would certainly book this lovely guesthouse again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Family Football Final match break 

When it comes to staff, location and amenities I can’t fault this hotel. It’s a really lovely spot with onsite parking, a lovely vibe and friendly people. Coffee and pastries were available downstairs/in reception and they were delish.

I did request a quiet room due to being neurodivergent and was a little upset that we ended up at the front of the property (by the main road) opposite the main lift for the building. Quiet it was not. I don’t know if this request was lost due to us booking through a different provider but it was a little disappointing. We also had issues when we arrived - a fuse had tripped in our room so we had no power briefly, our fridge didn’t work properly the 4 days we were there and the towel rail was in danger of falling off the wall at any moment. Apart from that the room had everything we needed for a flying trip to Dublin.

Overall I’d say it was a lovely stay and I’d book again but maybe the room needed some TLC and requests looked at with more care.
