Bruno the host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the house is beautiful. I stayed here for my second day walking the Via Degli Die.
The room was clean and cosey, private bathroom 5 meters away.
Breakfast was just amazing for a hiker including croissants, eggs, fruit and more.
I'll be happy to stay here again.

Exceptional B&B, great host and rooms, a very pleasant stay and low cost.

Bruno was our excellent host. The house was warm and the dinner very good. Recommended for travellers on the Via Degli Dei. A very interesting stop and we will hope to return. If only for the architectural interest (the house is from 1690) and the warm welcome. We felt like true pilgrims. 

Perfect stay after 28km

It is a historic structure with great potential, furnished with unique and refined pieces, but unfortunately it is unkempt, not very clean and dusty.
The bathroom in the room was dirty and the bin hadn't even been emptied. 
I wouldn't recommend it.

Disappointing

Purtroppo il costo non vale ne il servizio e ne la location. 
Da rivedere il servizio alla clientela.
Pulizia scarsa, materassi antiquati e scomodi, colazione risicata con materie scadenti. 
Proprietario con televisione alta fino a notte fonda, poca privacy, camere che si chiudono solo da dentro ma se uscite non potete chiuderle a chiave, portone di casa lasciato semiaperto per tutta la notte. 
Sicurezza zero.
