Really very nice structure. 
Place where you can relax and unwind if you seek peace. 
Comfortable bed and satisfactory breakfast.
In the surroundings there is nothing, but perhaps the beauty is just that, in a residential area full of cottages.

A cottage where you can relax

I stayed with my family at this property located in Bologna. The B&B, although characterized by impeccable cleanliness and equipped with towels, soaps and sheets, nevertheless presents several critical issues. First of all, it turns out to be disadvantageous for those who do not have consolidated expertise in new technologies, as it is entirely managed in digital form and complex to use.
A further negative aspect consists in the absence of bidets in the bathrooms, while the costs applied are excessive and are charged without any prior authorization, covering every minimum and essential service, including parking. Making the situation worse, penalties are imposed if the payment is made beyond the given time, as underlined by my personal case, with an increase of 5 euros to the cost of parking for a delay of just 60 minutes.
Further observations reveal that in the double rooms, as expected, there are not two double beds, but rather a queen-size bed.

Every time I come back here it's like staying at your home, nothing is missing, excellent general cleanliness, large rooms with everything you need, nice bathroom and large shower, excellent breakfast with all kinds of coffee, tea that you can make yourself whenever you want, quiet area and greenery. I highly recommend

Appena fuori Bologna, in un piccolo centro circondato dal verde.
Comunicazione con il titolare eccezionale, fornisce foto e indicazioni per trovare la struttura, colazione in camera con tutto l’occorrente per tè e caffè, pulito, camere spaziose, bagno piccolo ma non manca niente, possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno della proprietà chiusa da un cancello, al check-in viene fornito il telecomando con le chiavi della camera per la piena libertà di movimento.

Dista appena 4,5 km dall’ospedale privato Villa Laura 
Vale assolutamente la pena soggiornare in questa struttura
