The Camelia Hotel can be found in the centre of Rome, at a short step from the Termini Station and the Baths of Diocletian ? the biggest spas of the ancient Rome, and the historic Porta Pia ? one of the doorways of the Aurelian wall of the city. The hotel?s strategic position, at 200 metres from the underground, at 5 minutes on foot from the central railway station and in proximity to the bus station, makes it the ideal base for business men and tourists alike. The area is filled with coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and stores.
The 40 rooms are of medium dimensions, decorated with cream colored tonalities and furnished with wooden furniture of tradicional style. They all dispose of private bathrooms with hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, electronic safe, direct telephone line, Satellite TV, internet cable and desk.
From the North: From the great ring road (G.R.A) take the Salaria exit. Proceed along Via Salaria until reaching the Fiume Plaza. Proceed straight for Via Piave and finally head into Via Goito.
From the South:
From the great ring road (G.R.A) follow in the direction for Casilina
and take the exit Casilina ? City Center. Proceed straight to San
Giovanni. From San Giovanni, head into Via Merulana, in direction
towards Santa Maria Maggiore. Follow indications to the Termini Station, directing for Via XX Settembre and proceed to Via Goito.
By train: From the Termini Station travel with one of the many available buses, for example the Nº 86, 92 or 360 and later stop off at the second stop in Via Goito. By plane: The Rome Fiumicino Airport is connected to the city by a motorway and local train service, the Leonardo Express, departing to the Termini Station every 30 minutes. The Rome Ciampino Airport is found at a few stops from Anagnina, head station of the underground A Line. The trip to Termini Station is of approximately 20 minutes.
The hotel offers the following services: restaurant exclusively for breakfast (decorated with pastel tonalities along the same traditional style that characterizes the entire building), the hotel reception is open 24 hours a day (small, decorated in traditional style and equipped with a living area with comfortable armchairs) and a bar. If you visit the business area, you can utilize a comfortable conference hall with a capacity of 35 to 40 people with layout in rows or alternatively allow for 20 people with a central table with horse shoe layout.
