The Independent

Overview

The Independent has made rome-ing so easy, with bus stops all over the place and just a few minutes walk from Termini metro station. You'll be taking pics at the Colosseum and tucking into a wood-fired margarita pizza in a jiffy! If you're fancying a more laid-back city break, there's a sofa on the rooftop bar with your name written all over it, with cocktails flowing and 360-degree views, there's no better place to admire the city!

• Classic Rooms, Superior Rooms, Family Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Suites. Even the Classic Rooms have a bit of pizzazz, they have not just any beds, a double king-size bed! An espresso machine, because you're in Italy, it's mandatory to start your day with a double espresso. Also, free WIFI because them Insta pics won't upload themselves.

• Terrazza Cielo - Lounge Bar - can't of a better spot to sip on an Aperol Spritz with 360-degree views, live music and a happy hour (which actually lasts 2 1/2 hours, but we aren't complaining!)

• Terrazza Cielo - Restaurant - breakfast with a view to kickstart your day of sight-seeing, you can enjoy light Italian dishes and Italian wines

• Diana's Place - a classic Italian restaurant with so much wine, it may as well be the wall decoration!
