Be Mate Torino Centro

Be Mate Torino is a great choice if you want an apartment for a stay in Turin.  The apartments are modern, extremely well-equipped, spacious, beautifully clean and everything was a high standard.  Our apartment (Superior) was exactly like the photos, it had everything you need re kitchen equipment - toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, all crockery, pans etc (and all looked new and good quality). Also, a comfortable lounge area, dining table and chairs and a modern bathroom with an excellent shower.  There is lots of storage space which is great - three wardrobes, plenty of room for suitcases and clothes, good quality clothes hangers and a safe in the wardrobe too.  Plug sockets by the bed were useful.  The staff were fantastic, really helpful, not only whilst we were actually staying there, but also beforehand - responding to questions via email or Whatsapp very promptly.  We arrived in the evening after the reception was closed and the self check-in (using key codes) worked without problems.  The location is great - walking distance to the Royal Palaces, Egyptian museum, lots of great restaurants and bars etc.  Well done to the Be Mate Torino team - we would certainly stay there on our next visit to Turin.

Excellent apartment, excellent location, excellent staff - a great choice in Turin!

Great location, spacious and clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more during our stay.  The communication was fantastic and we would stay again. The check in process was incredibly easy and we were able to leave our bags there on arrival and departure. The keyless entry was also a bonus as it saved us carrying a key around.

I would like to thank all of the staff for a lovely stay at Be Mate Torino. The communication from the team was excellent before check in and they were very helpful with recommendations etc. the rooms were light, modern and very clean and the location was in close proximity to everything you need. Close to restaurants, shopping and all the lovely landmarks Torino has to offer. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay. Thank you to all the staff at Be Mate Centrino. Turin in August 2024

This was my first time in Torino & using BE MATE.
I was able to walk from the train station to the apartments with the help of GoggleMaps pretty easily.  Took all of 10-15min.

I had a little hiccup trying to enter the building on the first day.  However, with the help from the receptionist (Sabrina), I got inside.
The STUDIO apartment was clean and spacious. It was equipped with pots, pans, utensils & seating for two. Along with that, some essential“kits” to clean/dry your dishes and handle your laundry.  
One thing that wasn’t immediately available were paper towels or napkins, or tissues.  
The BE MATE team were attentive & helpful.

The drawbacks- it is not around shops, etc if that is what you are looking to have, but if you are willing to walk five minutes you can be!  

The rental of the apartment had to all be paid upfront, so if you don’t mind doing that, then you’re good to move ahead.

Overall though the experience was great!
