Excellent service to the maximum. The staff exceeded my expectations with their warmth and welcoming services. Especially enjoyed my daily dose of match tea in the morning. I am beyond happy to have chose this hotel for my accommodation in Japan.

Would book again

We stayed in the room B plan and really liked the stylish modern-meets-traditional feeling. We did pick it because we particularly liked that layout, so other reviews about a small room size might be for a different layout.
The bed was perfectly fine? Not sure why others were complaining. The pillows were the fluffy Western kind, rather than the plastic straw type.
Matcha ceremony was fun, but since we completed our checkout in our room, I forgot to go downstairs to bring some tea back for family! The tea provided with the amenities was quite nice (and a perk of the B plan is that it comes with tea sets for you to make the tea).
Wasn't really a fan of the little bottles of shampoo/body wash/conditioner. It's much easier to use a big pump bottle and I thought the soaps themselves were O.K. They do provide some extra skincare packets from Sekkisei as well.

Get some of the tea-flavored cake on the first floor cafe! The jasmine tea one was very fragrant.

Stylish Tea-Themed Room Plan B

This is a very serene hotel in a quiet neighborhood. It is in great condition, spotless, service very good.  We had the largest room, corner twin; however, it still felt small due to the weird layout. The bathroom and closet took up about half the space, making the bedroom area very small. Breakfast is nice, although better with the Japanese than western items.

There are very few restaurants in this neighborhood, but a ten minute walk will get you to the Shimbashi area with many restaurants and stores.

We stayed for two nights after completing a transpacific cruise
Our room was tiny but practical, however the bed was like a slab of granite and the pillows were tissue paper thin. I think sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. The bathrooms however were great and the body wash, etc.  were  good quality. Loved the toilets, they will spoil you forever. The breakfast was reasonable although not much for our tastes being from Australia and the location was okay. Staff were respectful and friendly
