our stay was just okay.  this is probably the roomiest hotel you can find for a family of 5.  the hotel was clean. however the in room laundry is a joke. dont even think about drying your clothes in the all-in-one washer/ dryer. We just let it wash then hang dry them.  we used the dryer and it wasnt dry even after 3 cycles/ 6 hours.  what a waste of time and effort.

It was just okay! i expect more for the price

Great location. We had a two bedroom room for a family of four, great amount of space, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They had craft activities for children in the lobby, my children loved going down each morning before we headed out for a day of adventure. Great little cafe/coffee shop in the lobby as well. Highly recommend these apartments.

Super family friendly apartment

One of the loveliest places to stay. The rooms are amazing - heaps of room, spotless. Staff are very welcoming and friendly! Brought our whole family of  8 Adults and 4 Kids to Japan on holiday. The staff were so helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile - felt like we were ‘coming home’ after a busy day touring. Close to trains, restaurants, and convenience stores!  Hoping in the near future return to Tokyo for another holiday with just my husband and myself - this will be the first place I would consider! We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic Accommodation

Comfortable and clean rooms. The daily sake tasting was a highlight. Put us on high floor was requested. Evening/ night shift front desk staffer Bryan was particularly wonderful- i told him that the housekeeping did not  collect our dirty towels and he immediately came to our room to collect them. Bryan even encouraged us to take sake in 180ml flasks to bring to our rooms! We enjoyed the stay so much that we cancelled our onward Kyoto accomodation and booked Mimaru Suites Kyoto Shijo instead. Hoping for a good stay there too!
