Mimaru Tokyo Station East

Amazing location with so many affordable restaurants surrounding it. Fantastic service from staff, second time we’ve stayed at MIMARU. Ticks all the boxes for a family. Apartments very clean and comfortable. It was a great base for walking around Tokyo.

Perfect location

A comfortable, clean, modern accommodation for a family of 5 ( 3 teenagers ).
Not too far to a train station and a short walk to Ginza, and the 7-11 downstairs was very handy.
We had comfortable beds and pillows, a kitchenette and a small lounge to relax, and a great tub to soak in after walking and exploring all day. We also used the Apple TV provided for free by the reception. There was enough room for suitcases and a small hanging space. It was quiet at night for sleep. We just loved staying here.

WE LOVED STAYING HERE!

Mimaru Tokyo station east is a beautiful hotel! We stayed for 5 nights and it was so convenient being close to the station, and to convenient stores. The rooms are spacious, spotless clean and they provide you everything you need. We were placed at 14th flr facing the city view and it was beautiful! 
Everyone who worked there are so polite and friendly. The receptionist, Osuke is so nice and friendly. He checked us in and explained everything we need to know about the hotel. The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor, and every time the door opens, you are greeted with their lovely face and smiles! Sandra helped us figured out our laundry machine on our last day, i was on a rush and couldn’t understand how it works but Sandra was so nice to come and assist. 

We loved our stay and will definitely recommend this to anyone traveling in Japan. 🥰

Amazing experience

Amazing hotel with amazing service. We were a group of 6 and all wanted our own spaces so I thought I booked the 4 connecting rooms, however due to my own mistake I booked a smaller room with only 2 bedrooms instead of 4. I spoke to the front desk after discovering this and they were so kind and accommodating to allow us to change to the 4 bedroom (luckily it was available during our dates). Location is great too, close to a train station.  7/11 right downstairs and family marts 2 blocks away on either side.
