Food & Drink

Amaranto Restaurant is the resort’s main buffet restaurant, offering breakfasts, lunches and dinners that explore all corners of the globe for the very best cuisine. A la carte options include La Locanda Italian Restaurant, Sakura Teppanyaki, Bluemoon Restaurant for romantic dinners (18+), Route 66 American Diner and Margarita Mexican Restaurant, as well as the Steak House and beachside Pez Vela venues.

For lighter bites and refreshments, head to Mike’s Coffee, the Piano Bar or the Ice Cream Parlour. A vast array of drinks – from cocktails to champagne – are also served at the Sports Bar, Lobby Bar, Swim-Up Pool Bars and Beach Bar. The resort is also dotted with a number of handy snack bars if you’re feeling peckish.

The resort offers an incredible five outdoor swimming pools, including one kids’ pool. There is also a relaxing Spa Centre, the Dive It! watersports centre (extra charge), an exclusive lounge for Privilege guests, a theatre, a nightclub and a bowling alley. If that isn’t enough, the hotel opens up onto a beautiful stretch of sandy beach that is kissed by the Caribbean Sea, where Privilege guests can enjoy an exclusive earlier.
