The property offers spacious and tastefully decorated apartments spread across five floors. Each apartment includes a combined living room/bedroom, bathroom, separate bedroom, hairdryer, fully-equipped kitchenette (with a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils), and a furnished balcony. Further facilities include air conditioning/central heating, FREE Wi-fi, a direct-dial telephone and a hire safe.

A buffet service or menu with choice is offered (depending on guest numbers), and there are two Snack Bars on-site.
