I stayed in August at the hotel and I share my experience. I brought some money with me, kept in the wallet locked in my suitcase. The day I asked for the room to be cleaned, all the money disappeared. My complaints to the Manager, responsible for the personnel, who gave me no support, denying that any of the hotel staff had entered the room, were of no avail. my room, even assuming that the person responsible had entered from the outside... yet there was no sign of forced entry, and no one seemed to be surprised... I leave the conclusions to you Terrible experience! Place to stay away from!

PESSIMA

Thief broke our door and stole safe box itself from wardrobe. All of our passports and cards and moneys been stolen.

Definitely not a secure hotel. We had a massive trauma. Dont recommend anyone to experience the same.

I have all the police reports and videos as evidences.

Good Hotel! The hotel is clean, in order and people are very kind. The place where the hotel is, is very good! If you want to stay at this hotel, it is a very good idea!

Our check in was  smooth no complaints at all and the lady and gentleman in the front desk were very nice and helpful and special mention to Ma Rosaura who was very courteous and helped my mother a lot with her changing the room and luggage. She always greeted us with a smile so it was great.
But unfortunately we faced a terrible experience in the breakfast room. There were 2 ladies managing the breakfast room once was a Spanish lady and one Asian lady. Here I would like to mention that we did not have fruits at breakfast and after we completed our breakfast just took a banana and a yoghurt so that we can have it later and every other table was taking some fruit or the other once they were leaving. This Spanish lady comes charging in a very abusive way at the breakfast room and only to our table. When we said all tables are picking up some fruit she said she does not care and doesn’t want to see but her boss is seeing on camera and only we are not allowed to take it or pay for it seperately even when our breakfast was included. Because the other tables were white she did not want to pick on them but since we are brown she picked on us. Extremely rude lady and completely racist behavior. Her behavior  and body language reeked of RACISM.
