Took the family swimming in the indoor pool and had our locker broken into. They took cash and the key to our hire car. Security being very shady kept  changing there story’s about the cctv. I’m 99%. Sure it was an inside job. Another guest also had there locker done at the same time

I will defo never return

This is an excellent hotel and fantastic value for money.
Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed and a bathroom with bath, big walk in shower and luxurious bath soaps and shampoo etc.
Breakfast was also excellent. Small buffet with selection of cereals, toast, pastries, fruit, yoghurt etc but also a cooked to order selection of hot food.
All the staff were friendly and efficient.
Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel

All I can say is be careful, we got back home Friday. My partner has just been charged by the hotel for our room. We had already paid through a travel company. The hotel is saying there was a cancellation email  from the Company. (Which they are refusing to forward to us) Something does not feel right about the whole thing. Why did they have our names at the hotel when we arrived and on the breakfast list. When we checked out all they said was outstanding was €6.40 for water we had. No mention of outstanding payment for the room. The Company we booked through is reputable and we checked my partners bank statement and clearly the money came out. You have to give a credit card over when you check in, be very careful.

CHARGED TWICE FOR THE ROOM

Possibly the worst meal I have ever had. Went here for wedding anniversary treat...given that's it claims to be 5 star had a certain amount of expectation...ordered octopus for starter...inedible due to over salting. My husband had prawns which came in shells with a wedge of lime...that's there idea of fine dining. The head waiter then brought my over done steak to the table and he pointed out how over done it was and insisted on taking it back to get another ..this came a few minutes later and again was so over salted could not be eaten. The salt crystals were visible all over the plate. A younger inexperienced staff member then was sent to us to offer us expresso martinis or another drink ..strange approach to say the least but I declined and my husband said he would have a. Vodka martini with lemon. He was then given a red martini with a huge orange wedge. When he said there may have been confusion with his order this was taken away and he was presented with some vanilla smelling drink with another huge wedge of orange. They did offer to take the cost of the octopus off the bill and to be honest they should have also deducted the steak but I didn't want to ruin our night by making a fuss
 The whole place is a shambles being run by inexperienced staff who clearly have no training and a no care attitude!
