Excellent caring, from the direction to every single member of the Hotel Staff.
Very good location and well kept.
Complementary information support with recommendation for activities.
High cultural level of the staff.
One of the best coaching in terms of gluten free food, in their hotel and in the neigborhood.
You have the feeling that they are there to cover your wishes. I was really enjoy my stay and having a lot of relaxed-fun.
To mention especially, but not only, to Rocio, Hanna and Pedro.

HOTEL CARBONERAS CABO DE GATA, trustful stay

We had a great weekend 8/11 September,the rooms were spotless and cleaned every day,the breakfast waiter (Pedro) was first class and was always yery helpful with what you needed,there was so much choice,brilliant,we had an evening meal on our last night (Wilson)the waiter was brilliant,the meal at his choice was first class(rolled duck).A special mention to Hannah on reception who was great at her job,what a great asset to team  Carboneras,well done to all,highly recommended 👍👏

Great hotel,great service 10 out of 10

Good hotel, perfect location, at least in September easy parking on the street and is actually a step away from the village and the beach in a very quiet area. Right room without more, clean and comfortable but lacks some detail to be perfect. In short, a good option in Carboneras.

GOOD STAY

I want to highlight the kindness of the staff who attended us.  Very good hotel facilities.

But... The air conditioning did not cool properly in our room.  It's because they were hot days.  Still, I think it would be better.
