A place that came out from the 90s, very old furniture, our apartment (Roberto) had 2 rooms with 2 single beds pushed together to make 1 double bed, with a gap in the middle. Bedrooms only have 1 power outlet and is by the door, far away from the bed, we had 2 iPads, 2 iPhones and 1 C-Pap machine to plug in, and we had to take turns on what to charge first. The check in is only available after 4pm but the check out is at 10am, you have to check in and collect the key at the main hotel which is 30 min walking or 10 min by taxi from the apartments, they only offer you 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week, a very small amount of dish soap and 1 scrub brush. No hand soap, or shower gel at all! We arrived at 9pm and we couldn't have a shower or even wash our hands. 
They only give you 1 set of bed sheets for the week without possibility to change it, 1 big towel and 1 hand towel that you can change in the morning at the cleaning services bungalow. 
There is an Ants infestation, everywhere from the wardrobe to the floor, with Ants crawling on us at night in the bed. 
The complex is situated 10 min walking from Sitges city centre, and had a good size swimming pool (only positive thing).
Balcony was spacious enough for 4 people to have breakfast outside. 
No AC!!!! it gets very warm and the apartment doesn't have AC or a Fan.
I will not come back there.

Nice place but should have AC. Its a long walk to the shop to get food but they have a small shop in the hotel offering some of the most important stuff. Should have been cleaning atleast once. Long way to pickup the key 

Ok place for families.

Do not stay here or any of the sunway apartments in Sitges esp if you are a British tourist. We stayed in a room on the bottom floor called 'Ramon' and despite double checking that we locked everything when we left the apartment., someone managed to get in and steal all of our belongings, There was no sign of break in so someone must have had a key. The hotel were largely unsympathetic but we insisted that we moved apartments. The next day another group of people moved into 'Ramon' and the same thing happened to them. We lost 2000 euros, 2 professional cameras, 2 phones, 2 pairs of ladies underwear, an i pod, 5 passports, clothes and other small gadgets. It ruined the holiday for us and we didn't feel safe there afterwards. Please do not stay there.

All our stuff stolen - hotel did nothing

We traveled to Sitges to celebrate a family event. We had found three apartments in this hotel. It wasn't a budget hotel, we had to pay a pretty penny for our stay. The pictures looked fresh, and the fact that it was a couple of hundred meters to the beach didn't matter to us. But...... When we arrive in the evening, 13 people in total with hungry and tired children, lots of luggage and get the "pleasant" surprise that the check-in is at a completely different hotel 1.5 kilometers away! Maybe it was us who missed this when we booked, but I don't think that the information about it had been properly communicated. During the week, it turned out that there were more than us who missed that information! Why not have a key cabinet with a code that you can access when you arrive? When I emailed the hotel in advance, I was told that there would be a mini market and three restaurants at the hotel. Great, we thought, since we arrived quite late. However, it turned out that it was not our hotel that was meant, but more likely the one where the key was picked up..There is NOTHING at our hotel. Not even a vending machine where you can buy water or drink. Therefore, the second "surprise" that it is about 1 km to the nearest shop was not so well received either. It didn't start out so well. It continued less well when it turned out that the cleaning of our three apartments was substandard. Hairs in the bed, farts on the floor, dust rats.... To top it all off, we were hit by the stove when we were fixing breakfast.
However, the apartments are fairly fresh. The air conditioning worked. It could be so much better than it is! After four days I had to ASK the cleaning staff for new towels, so it's not something that happens automatically. On the same day, they seem to have been inside and done a half-baked cleaning.
The hotel proudly informs that there are free bikes to borrow. That's good, especially considering how far it is from the store. But to get access to a bike, you have to go to the hotel where you checked in, leave a deposit and yes... you know it doesn't work for the vast majority of guests. I heard several other guests commenting on both the strange check-in and the bike issue.
After the fourth day we also noticed that the pool really needed a cleaning. I would say that the children's pool is a health hazard for the children. Muddy water. The large pool was also not cleaned all the time. We saw a janitor come and put in chlorine tablets, that's all. Despite several calls to the reception, it was not cleaned while we were here.
Now this was a nice trip for us despite the hotel. But I really cannot recommend that you book your stay here!!
