Rooms

There are 266 luxury rooms and suites, and all include a Sheraton signature bed. In addition, in-room facilities include a telephone, a satellite TV, a hire safe box, a minibar (with extra charge), coffee and tea making facilities, individually controlled air conditioning, roof ventilator, high speed Internet (Wi-Fi with extra charge), a separate bath and shower stall (except disabled rooms), a hairdryer and a balcony or terrace. Some Suites feature a Jacuzzi.

Food & Drink

The resort offers a buffet breakfast and dinner with show cooking at Los Arcos Restaurant. Guests on Half Board can eat at this restaurant. Lunch is either from a menu at La Veranda, the poolside Mediterranean restaurant, or taken buffet-style in the main restaurant. The resort has two themed restaurants: El Faro, offering Spanish cuisine and Wok-n-Zen, serving Asian cuisine. In addition, there is a pool bar, an Irish bar and a lobby bar where guests can enjoy a large variety of drinks and cocktails. Reservations are required at the themed venues and gentlemen must wear long trousers for dinner in all restaurants.

Sports & Entertainment

The resort grounds has four outdoor swimming pools, including two heated pools and a children's pool. There is also a tennis court, fitness facilities, a games room, beach volleyball, archery and mini golf. The resort offers a Thalasso Spa Centre that boasts an indoor pool with therapeutic jets, a hydrothermal circuit with a sauna, a Turkish bath, sensation showers, a relaxing room, a gym and several beauty and massage treatments. Some facilities may require local charges. For younger guests, the hotel’s Yamabaland kids club is open 10:00 – 17:00 (subject to change), and provides activates and games for children (ages 4-12).
