Hostal C'as Bombu is a charming family-run hotel with an excellent location in the town centre near the harbour.  The hotel has lots of character and charm with beautiful old furniture and tasteful rooms. I had a single room on the top floor with a balconyand private bathroom. I have no problem whatsoever with the lack of a lift and air con (it was hot in July and I much prefer a fan to air con anyway). The hotel is excellent value for money and 100% recommended. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Charming hotel and incredible value 

Excellent hotel in the centre of Cala Ratjada close to the marina and Cala Gat beach. Hotel is family run and the staff are very helpful and friendly, there is a good bar and a nice terrace to sit outside, unfortunately the pool wasn’t available when I stayed. Rooms are basic but comfortable and the whole hotel has a very traditional feel. For the price the hotel was exceptional, really good value for money, the rate included a continental breakfast which was lovely!

Great Location, Great Value

Visited the hotel a few times and currently staying here, cannot fault the place, amazing location by the marina/sea, yet quietly set back, some rooms have marina views. Lovely decorated/furnished with antiques and paintings, very clean and comfortable, beds lovely, breakfast nice, something different each day. Margarita and her family are super friendly. Just a lovely lovely place and don’t be out off by being described as a hostel. It’s a hotel and I highly recommend.

Love this place, amazing, top marks

Stayed here end of June . Arrived very early in the morning and was shown to a large room on the very top of the building . The following morning asked the helpful receptionist / owner if we could change the room and was reallocated a lovey room on the first floor overlooking the pool. The hotel is very reasonably priced , clean throughout , has large breakfast room with usual continental breakfast served daily . There is a pool with limited loungers for a dip after a hot days sightseeing . The hotel is situated just yards from the seafront and a great range of bars and restaurants - lots to choose from . Yes - as others have stated Cala Ratjada is aimed mainly at German clientele but that for me only made the resort better . It was World Cup time , and although during the matches town was a little noisy at times , never saw any trouble at all . Lovely relaxed traditional hotel .
