⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Value for Money – Exceeds Expectations!

We stayed at Opia Boutique Hotel for 14 nights on an ultra-all-inclusive package, and it was one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had. I traveled with my parents and brother, and after seeing mixed reviews online, I can confidently say the negative ones are completely unjustified.

This 3-star hotel genuinely feels like a 4-star property in many ways. The location is fantastic, just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel offers two swimming pools, a bar on the beach with snacks and drinks, and plenty of sunbeds for guests. The bar stays open late, which is rare compared to other hotels where alcohol service often ends at 11 PM.

The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious and varied. Yes, the menu repeats slightly, but for the price, it’s entirely reasonable. We always had plenty of options, and I never tasted anything bad. My whole family enjoyed the meals, and the Turkish breakfast was a great cultural touch—something you can’t experience back home.

For context, we’ve stayed at a 4-star hotel in Alanya before, which was double the price of Opia, and honestly, Opia delivered a comparable experience. The only noticeable difference was slightly fewer entertainment nights, but given the incredible value for money, that’s a minor point. Opia offers everything you could want at half the cost, making it an unbeatable choice.

I’ve also stayed in a 5-star hotel in Egypt, which was much more expensive but didn’t come close to Opia’s service quality or food standards. The only thing the Egyptian hotel had going for it was its luxurious appearance, but Opia’s hospitality far outshone it.

The bad reviews for Opia seem to come from overly entitled guests with unrealistic expectations. This is a 3-star hotel that consistently exceeds its rating. If you expect a 5-star experience for a 3-star price, of course you’ll be disappointed. Others complain about a lack of English food, but you’re in Turkey—embrace the local cuisine!

Lastly, the hotel’s atmosphere is lively, and while the late bar hours could lead to some guests overindulging, that’s a reflection of individuals, not the staff or hotel itself.

In conclusion, Opia Boutique Hotel is exceptional value for money. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and well-run hotel with great food and service at a fair price, this is the place for you. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay.

Bed comfy, room spacious, nice and quiet as at end of season
  But rooms smelt on level 1 and around the pool due to drain issues which management were aware of and it has been mentioned by a previous travler in September(  not pleasant smelling.faeces 
on amd off for a full week)
Rooms.cleaned daily, but no kettles in room.
Food ok for budget hotel, but myself and other holiday makers were sick of chicken for lunch amd dinner every day, this was highlighted to management and yet again has been remarked.on on numerous occasions by previous travelers

Quiet stay


Negative start to our holiday, requested kettle for room to boil bottled water for my 4 month old grandsons feeds, after almost 1 hour of back & forth, & both my wife and daughter both upset, emotional, drained and anxious as no resource available at time of arrival (advised tomorrow, 8 hours after arrival) although the hotel was far from busy no second travel cot was available as requested to allow baby to staying alternate nights with mum and grandparents, on a positive:- rooms beautiful, comfortable and clean, no faults re accommodation. Negatives:- Food, poor choice & variety, substandard offerings, choice of 3-4 hot meals (mostly boiled chicken or aubergine & every meal time) no kids choices, poor snacks, glasses at both pool bar and beach bar not properly or effectively cleaned (dirty glasses rinsed under tap then immediately reused) After paying for 4 people in our group to have Wi-Fi via hotel (cost of 15euros each [60euros in total for week] I double checked booking information and hotel advert via "Love Holidays" whom we booked with and the site clearly states FREE WI-FI!! After addressing this with another manager I was advised that the site was wrong and nothing could be done as its an external provider. I then pointed out that I had 3 serious issues raised and the lack of any type of customer service, support and assistance was not present, i continued to stress that issue 1 I resolved by eventually managing to buy a kettle at 1am, 2nd issue I resolved by moving the cot we had from room to room, so this issue really needed to ne addressed and gave a time scale of a few hours as i had wasted quite a bit of holiday time, This resulted in myself and my group being offered a "trip" or "service" to the value of said 60 Euro and was asked to keep this between myself and the manager so there will be no negative consequences for the hotel, I agreed but had already divulged this information. ADVERTISED AS FREE WI-FI but charging 15 euros per week!! All said and done I would not recommend this hotel, poor food choices, very limited (often no) entertainment, poor hygiene cleaning glasses (rinsing under tap and reusing, NO DETERGENT or dishwasher used) Some staff where amazing, attentive and helpful others have lost interest as its almost end of season and have lost interest.
Mini bar i  rooms consists of 2 bottles water and 2 cartons of juice, seems pointless tbh

TERRIBLY POOR HYGIENE, wouldn't recommend 

Surprised due to reviews, from arriving to leaving our 10 night stay was amazing, staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms was very nice and clean, the hotel was in a good area with plenty to do, we hired a scooter to drive 15 mins into Alanya which was easy and a lot to do. Hotel food as was all inclusive was ok due to the star rating. Their was always something to eat at both areas in the main buffet area or up at the top extra bits, don’t expect a 5 star meal every night but their was always something to eat and drinks, snacks at bar and beach bar was good with burgers and chips with toasty with a good spot 100 yards to the beach. My only pick would be the cleaners come every other day and clean but don’t change bedding or towels they just remake and fold towels even after tipping a few times their was no extras given.. I wouldn’t use the turkish baths they advertise in the hotel lobby as we used it and was disappointed by the whole thing compared to others are far better in the area for the same price in the centre of alanya. I would t advise to do the deep sea diving activity’s as it was costly and you spend more on the boat than in the water & it’s all rushed and no time to swim around to explore fish etc at bottom it’s literally dive down and back on the boat. All in all don’t take on the bad reviews for a 3 star & price and location it’s was spot on.
