Gumuldur Mavi Deniz Hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights in a double room with balcony and sea view. Though the room was small it was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included in the room rate, we liked the food served, and of course thanks to the service people.
Beach is in front of the hotel with private seats, the sea was perfect. It was a very good stay at all. 

Cozy hotel run by family

perfect hotel for a family visit. we stayed together  with 3 other families with 7 kids ranging from 5 years to 19 yrs.  blue flag sea is wonderful. staff is very friendly and service is excellent. i strongly advise. gumuldur has a wonderful nature and coastline.

It's not managing professionally.Some rooms are very small! They tried to squeeze one portable bed to the room for my son, but there wasn't any room to walk to bathroom! You had to jump over from the beds. After a long argument on our first day of vacation, they changed the room in 2nd day!!! Rooms were available in the first day, why we had to had a big argument to change it!!! They are in front of the see and hotel has chairs at the beach, but these chairs are terribly dirty! You don't even want to put your towel. Food is very lower side. They prefer to buy and heat very bad quality frozen food like meatballs (very less meat and lots of breadcrumbs ) and chicken fingers! Salads are good though since they have to use fresh... Turkish breakfast are very famous, but in this hotel, even breakfast was very poor quality! We paid in advance otherwise we wouldn't stay here more than 1 night! In our 1 week vacation time, 2 couples were changed their hotel after staying 2 days.. Overall I don't suggest this hotel.

Lower than avarage

The hotel is located on the beach so you can hear the waves from the room. It's lovely to fall asleep while listening to the sea, with AC off and windows large opened. Cozy hotel garden, with lots of flowers, trees and some cats playing under tables. We have enjoyed the hotel's garden, reading, sipping Turkish coffee or simply watching the sunset over a beer or two. The dinner buffet is really generous. A large selection of Turkish traditional vegetarian dishes, prepared from fresh veggies. 
The breakfast is simple and tasty (we loved the black olive paste, the red peppers paste, the cheese and tomatoes salad) 
They also offer a daily tea party between 16:30 - 17:30 with many herbal infusions to choose from, delicious cakes and snacks. 
On Saturday evening there was a barbecue party in the hotel's garden, with live music. It was nice. 
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although some of the staff members don't speak much English, they were always ready to help and google translate was a great tool of communication in this case.
Lovely vacation ambiance, overall.
