The hotel accommodates guests in standard rooms and family rooms. Standard rooms have one bedroom with double or twin beds, bathroom with bathtub, shower, hairdryer, WC, balcony, satellite TV, direct dial phone, mini bar, central heating and cooling system, safety deposit box (at an extra charge), and carpeted floor. Family rooms have the same facilities as standard rooms plus an additional room.

Motto Premium Marmaris has a main restaurant with outdoor dining area, a smaller a la carte restaurant and a lounge bar.

There is an excellent restaurant with an alfresco terrace, serving varied international dishes. There is also a poolside café/bar where you can grab bite to eat in the sun, and three well-stocked onsite bars.

The hotel offers an All Inclusive option that features buffet meals served at the following times:

Breakfast: 7am to 10am.

Late breakfast: 10am to 10:30am.

Lunch: 12:30am to 2pm.

Snack service at pool bar: 3pm to 4.30pm.
