Comically bad: the hotel shuttle costs three times as much as a taxi; the toilet clogged on first use; the "free" breakfast wasn't, and did not open until 0700 anyways; the internet does not work right away when you check in.  Next time I will stay at the airport.

Avoid Menalo Hotel Premium at All Costs - Deceptive, Aggressive, and Discriminatory. This hotel has the lowest ratings on Google and TripAdvisor, and many people have had negative experiences with them.

I had a truly terrible experience at Menalo Suites, and I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this hotel at all costs. The staff here are not only aggressive and deceptive, but they also treat people differently based on their race, gender, and other factors. This is completely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a hotel.

I booked a room and made payment through their website, receiving a confirmation number immediately. To be thorough, I sent a text message confirming my arrival and departure times. However, I was shocked when their so-called sales manager, Ugur, texted me back claiming that my payment had not been authorized. This was bizarre since I had already received a confirmation number.

When I asked to speak with the general manager, Ugur became extremely aggressive and outright refused. It was only after I threatened to contact the owner that, within 10 seconds, the general manager, Muhammet, was suddenly available to call me. Muhammet then proceeded to lecture me for 10 minutes about how he couldn't hold any rooms without payment, despite the fact that I had a confirmation number.

What makes this situation even more infuriating is that my friend’s wife also booked a room at the same place. Her payment didn’t go through, yet they had no problem holding her room without any hassle. This is a clear case of double standards and discriminatory practices.

The behavior of the staff at Menalo Hotel Premium, especially Ugur and Muhammet, is sickening. They are dishonest, fake, and not to be trusted. There are plenty of other hotels near the airport that are at least honest and treat their guests with respect. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

I recently crashed at the Menalo Hotel Premium near Istanbul Airport and it was amazing. The spot is super convenient, just a quick drive from the airport, but still really quiet and relaxing.

My room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the free bottled water, tea, coffee, and speedy Wi-Fi.

The breakfast buffet was top-notch with loads of tasty options. The restaurant staff were really nice and on the ball.

The best part was the service. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and super helpful. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and super handy.

All in all, my stay was fantastic. Great location, comfy rooms, delicious food, and awesome service. Highly recommend Menalo Hotel Premium!

Awesome Stay at Menalo Hotel Premium Istanbul Airport

Don’t recommend at all:
1- ac system temperature cant be controlled: rooms are freezing
2-same and not tasty breakfast every day
3-food in the restaurant is very expensive with no variety. Worse, they don’t allow u to buy food from outside. I booked my room online and this condition was not mentioned on the booking. After a long quarrel with them, I succeeded to make a delivery from outside
