Excellent hotel very clean Good service from all the staff specially front desk Aliston and Divya Great location close to all main attraction easy commuting close to paddington and lancaster gate station very much recommended Do visit the place

Amazing Hotel 👍🏽👍🏽

I am not sure this hotel should be allowed to call itself a hotel. 

It has rooms, a reception (of sorts) and it charges money to stay however that is it. 

To start: friendly staff on reception, their friendliness I think is there way of apologising for just how bad this hotel is. 

No bar, no restaurant, a QR code in your room to order Room Service, the reception advice though was Uber Eats will be faster, warmer and nicer. At least they gave that advice though. 

With no bar, no food and a room you could struggle to damage they demand a £50 holding fee for the room, not that unusual I know but there is no way to justify it on this occasion. 

The middle: The room was last considered for decoration in 2010 and last properly cleaned just after the pandemic. In a three night stay it was not serviced despite asking, on the third night new towels were (literally) dumped on the 'desk', which is not far off two planks of stained wood (in 1979) on two plinths. 

One chair in the room that does not really fit under the desk so you can't really work.

Two coat hangers in the wardrobe, an old light that has no plug attached and a yellow spare pillow. 

There is a coat hook on the wall, sadly half falling off and the paint underneath it would 'infect' any coat hung on it. 

The end: Credit where it is due the bed is comfortable but remember to make it yourself when you leave. Pillows on the bed are ok, the bed does 'naturally' move away from the wall in the night though so be aware you will need to search for your pillows in the night. The shower is passable too for an over the bath shower, the towels are from 2010 at best and whilst 'clean' have been used over a 1,000 times is my estimate so not that useful. 

Post Script: Location is ok, area seems of although nothing immediately near by its less than 5 minutes to a tube station. As mentioned staff are lovely but I think it is genuinely because they are embarrassed by how bad their hotel actually is for a person to stay in. I guess to some degree you get what you pay for, if this was $70 a night I would not complain, however its not, and that is where this is wrong. 

Conclusion: Not just must try harder, this place should be closed and refurbed or opened as a budget hotel which is what it is. Whose signature it belongs to is beyond me... 

Having stayed here twice never ever again...

Avoid with all your might...

We used to stay in this hotel regularly, every time we come to visit friends and family in London. Comfortable rooms, great location, friendly service  - we were happy until our last visit. It was complete disaster. 
On arrival we noticed that the heating (A/C) does not work in our room. We complained about it to the reception. We were promised that an engineer will look into it, and if it is unrepairable - they will supply electric heater. We were offered to move to another room (in the basement), but we refused, as when we stayed in that particular room few months ago, there was strong smell of cigarette smoke, because people smoke outside the hotel. 
After returning back to the hotel from evening family meal, we discovered that the A/C was not working and there was no heater in the room. There is no night service receptionist at the hotel. 
We were cold all night, could not sleep properly. In addition to that - there was no hot water in the hotel in the morning, so I could not wash my hair and have a nice shower. My mood was ruined. I had to go the the Remembrance Day Service not looking my best. 
We were moved to another room later, room with stained carpets and somebody’s shirt in the cupboard…
Disaster. 
The hotel has deteriorated   
Will not stay again.

Disaster. Avoid.

Absolutely amazing customer service - Felicia could not be more helpful and made sure we had an amazing stay so much so we extended our stay from one to three nights - Based just of Hyde Park it really feels like a home away from home. Beautiful stucco fronted streets make the hotel feel very special.
