I was very disappointed. with my stay.  On arrival the customer advisor was very nice . We arrived 1:30am on 20/02/23 after a long flight.  Myself, husband and 2 children under 5. When we got to the room, the room was not what I was expecting from premier inn, I have stayed in many premier inns and the standards have been high, which is why I chose this hotel over others.
The toilet was not clean, the carpet was not clean, the room had a musty smell, that I could not sleep, the bed headboard was dusty I had to move the pillows to the opposite to lay down. The towels seemed damp. I didn’t use the bathroom, only used for my child . In the morning I just got dressed and  left as I couldnt bring myself to use the bathroom. I had plans to look around Manchester but ended going home to get clean. It felt more like a bed sit rather than a hotel room.
Because of the time of arrival and having two tired children, I did not go back to speak to customer service however, the stay was not worth £59.

I felt worse leaving than arriving.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thanks to Ilona who works at the reception and who was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and provided a peaceful atmosphere for a great night’s sleep. The overall service was outstanding, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail.

We highly recommend Premier Inn and will definitely be returning in the future!

Excellent services 👌

Stayed the night before an early flight - the room is excellent, great value and very handy for the airport. Check in was easy and we enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. Our waitress was Sharon and she was great - really helped us get in the holiday mood! Overall great value - we will be back.

Perfect for the night before a flight

Hotel is just around the corner from Manchester Airport and rates are extremely reasonable. Very quick check in (self check in machines). Rooms are slightly dated compared to some of the other Premier Inns we have stayed in but comfortable nonetheless. Staff at both reception and restaurant friendly.
