Black Friday 2024 Promotion: ‘Pay Nothing Until 2025’

1. This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“OTB”). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2. If you make a Qualifying Booking (defined below), each booking will, qualify for the ‘Black Friday 2024 Promotion: Pay Nothing until 2025’:  

  • The non-refundable deposit of €10pp is payable at the point of booking; 

  • No further payment(s) will be due until January 2025 where you have selected the pay monthly or pay by instalments option.   

  • The promotion is not available for any booking:  

    • on a pay in full basis;  

    • on a hotel only basis; or  

    • for a package including a non-refundable hotel.   

  • When you make your booking, the number, amount and due date of any future payments will be determined and communicated to you (you can also find these in your booking confirmation and in ‘My Bookings’). 

  • When you have paid your deposit, and your booking is confirmed you’re liable for any non-refundable costs (less any deposit you’ve paid).   This may include the full cost of your flights.   

3. Qualifying Booking means an order for a travel booking which meets all the following requirements, being: 

  • for a package holiday that includes flights and any accommodation to any destination; 

  • placed between 25 November 2024 and 2 December 2024; and 

  • has a departure date between 1 May 2025 and 31 October 2025. 

4. Nothing in this promotion excludes your liability to make payment of the booking in full in accordance with OTB’s terms and conditions.  Paying under a flexible payment arrangement, you’re legally obliged to pay each payment on the due date. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account when we take payment. If we’re unable to take payment in full, we’ll collect any available funds (which may include any overdraft facility) in your account up to the value of the amount owed, and you may incur an insufficient funds fee. 

5. If the card used to make your booking fails or we’re unable to recover the full amount due and we hold other cards against your booking, we’ll also attempt to debit the outstanding amount from those cards. 

6. If we have to cancel your booking for non-payment, all non-refundable charges will be due immediately. Please be aware that most flight bookings (including any in-flight extras booked through us) and any deposits paid under our flexible payment arrangements are non-refundable. 

7. Availability: This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn by OTB at any time.

8. Subject to paragraph 9, OTB shall not be liable for any loss howsoever arising from the provision (or non-provision) of the promotion. 

9. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of OTB (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by OTB or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation. 

10. The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with  OTB’s privacy policy. OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion.

Is the €10 deposit refundable?

Nope, sorry - the €10pp deposit is non-refundable.

When is the rest of my payment due?

If you choose to ‘pay monthly’ or ‘pay in installments’ when you book, then no further holiday payments will be due until January 2025. We’ll send your payment schedule over when you book - including the number of payments, value of each payment, and the relevant due dates. You can also find this info in your booking confirmation or in the ‘My Bookings’ section of our website.

Can I pay in full instead of paying monthly or by instalments?

You can, but not if you want to be included in our offer. This one’s only for anyone who chooses to pay monthly or in instalments - sorry!

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

You’ll be responsible for any non-refundable costs associated with your booking (in addition to the deposit). This might include the full cost of flights, if they’re non-refundable.

You might also be charged a fee for any payment that we take automatically, or for any late payments. To avoid this, we recommend always completing your payments before 8pm on the due date.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking after paying the deposit?

If you cancel your booking after popping down the non-refundable €10pp deposit, you could still be responsible for any extra non-refundable costs associated with the booking.

What if I book a trip outside the qualifying travel dates?

Sadly, any bookings set to depart outside of the travel window (1st May 2025 to 31st October 2025) aren’t covered by this promotion.

Can I book a hotel-only holiday under this promotion?

Unfortunately not, this offer’s only for package holidays (flights + accommodation).

What if my package includes a non-refundable hotel?

Packages that include non-refundable hotels sadly don’t qualify for this offer.

Are all destinations included in the offer?

Yes! There’s no destination discrimination here - this promo’s applicable to any destinations we have available during the booking period.

Can I change my payment plan after booking?

Your payment plan will be sorted at the time of booking, but if you fancy a change then you can adjust your instalment dates through ‘My Bookings’. You can also make early payments manually, if you’re feeling keen.
