Martín Berasategui – winner of twelve Michelin stars – and his crew run the hotel á la carte restaurant Etxeko (Michelin 2022 Award), where guests can enjoy innovative and healthy cuisine inspired by the Basque kitchen. The café serves coffee and pastries in the morning and for snacks and drinks throughout the day, guests can visit one of the three bars.
