Fell upon this hotel when our flight from Alicante was cancelled, we loved it. We have visited Elche for a couple of hours in the past & enjoyed it. 

This hotel, very friendly especially reception team, the rooms are big & warm & very pleasing on the eye,

The maitre de in the restaurant wasn’t overly welcoming when we tried to ask for a table but reception sorted it out for us, thankfully the team who we met later were exceptional.

The garden is amazing & the pool even in January looks inviting but I believe it’s not heated, lots of other alternatives available, sauna, jacuzzi

A surprise & a delight

The hotel, staff and facilities are almost faultless, Rooms spotlessly clean, excellent choice of well prepared food from the two restaurants. Location only 20 minutes from the Airport by taxi. would thoroughly recommend and will consider returning again.

Relaxing break

What can I say! We stay here every time we are in Spain, just for a night. 
The improvements made over the last couple of years are amazing. The outside space and all seating areas are truly beautiful. Staff were great, and in the past I have been critical. But it seems there has been a complete make over.
Best breakfast! The food is outstanding, do give it a try! Both lunch and dinner. 
Can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel - great service! 
Where to start, the hotel looks amazing and seems to come from a movie!
Super nice pool, palm trees everywhere and a nice room.  Hotel cleaning is very clean and the service overall is super (in English and the little Spanish I have is appreciated!)
Drinks are fresh, sun is warm and food is great.
We had a delicious paella for lunch once and a great last dinner (super cheap compared to other nice restaurants in Elche), with an amazing view. The menu is refreshing, something special and more up class while with very fresh ingredients.it is great!!

This hotel is an oasis of piece, safely guarded from the street. October is a great time to visit as it is not overly busy, while temperatures are still very nice.

Walking distance from the city center and public transportation - we had a great time!

Oh, almost forgot - we arrived at 10.30 while checkin on sunday was only as of 16.00, but the staff switched our room to an early cleaned one.
